He will be responsible for directing all aspects of manufacturing and operations, and launching continuous improvement programs to maximize production efficiency and maintain quality standards.
About Alex Ibarra
Alex Ibarra is a highly motivated executive with a proven track record of excellence in operational management. As an expert on product development and organizational growth, he has been extremely successful in directing all aspects of manufacturing and operations.
He has held operational management positions since 2001 when he was a Plant Manager for Brasstech, where he introduced and implemented Lean Line design methodologies, he eventually became a General Manager for Hollander Home Fashions in 2009, where he led the development of the West Coast Distribution Center, and finally became the Director of Manufacturing for ThinKom Solution in 2014, where he led the implementation of multiple assembly lines.
Alex prides himself in managing company’s key performance metrics and launching continuous improvement programs to maximize production output and profitability, having helped companies increase their production by 75% and their sales by over 1,000%.
