Mercy is an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) professional with 17 years of experience. Prior to accepting this position, she served as an Office Manager at Cremi Mex Inc, and as an Administrative Assistant at J.S. Paluch Co. She brings a proven track record of success in conflict resolution, and leadership skills, which will be invaluable in meeting the company’s goals.
Mercy has a thorough understanding of both customer and business needs and is capable of coming up with solutions that work for both parties. She’ll be tasked fostering a productive environment on the customer service team, and oversee the performance of the team to make sure they are keeping pace with service demands.
