BOOSTER REHEAT COILS
Booster Coils are compact duct-mounted coils designed for air heating applications. They are capable of heating forced air at a high rate. Outside air is filtered into the system where it flows over coils, depending on the temperature of the water flowing through the coils and how well the metals retain heat, the air will become much warmer.
HVAC booster coils are excellent for heating because they are designed with multiple bends and folds, increasing the surface area of the coil. A larger surface means more areas for the air to come into contact, expanding the capacity for heat transfer.
Booster Reheat Coil Replacement
To achieve optimal and precise temperatures, all the parts of HVAC units must operate cohesively. Improper maintenance and harsh weather conditions can severely damage booster coils resulting in a loss of heat transfer and an overall deterioration of an HVAC unit's ability to heat a room.

SPECIFICATIONS
- Aluminum Fins
- Standard fin thicknesses available: .006, .0075, .010 +/- 5%. Custom thickness available.
- UNS 12200 seamless copper tubes and headers
- Gas brazing, using fillet rod material of minimum 5% silver shall be used for all not-ferrous tube joints to headers and connections
- 16-gauge Galvanized steel coil casing and endplate
