CONDENSER COILS
SUPPORT AND DOCUMENTS REQUEST A CUSTOM QUOTE
A condenser coil is one of many components that allows an Air Conditioner or HVAC unit to function. But it’s one of the most essential ones, a malfunctioning or broke condenser coil will compromise the machine’s ability to cool an environment.
An AC condenser coil is located on the outdoor part of the machine and is responsible for the heat transfer process. It is made of metal tubes and filled with a refrigerant liquid that releases much of the heat that was absorbed inside to the outside.
Condenser Coils Replacement
Dust and debris tend to build up on condenser coils reducing the Air Conditioner’s efficiency, making periodical maintenance work a must. However, when maintenance is not enough it’s time to get a condenser coil replacement.
When having your condenser coil replaced, you will need all the remaining refrigerant to be removed from the system. It will also need to be disposed of properly, along with your oil coil. Finally, you should have new refrigerant added to your AC unit and test the system.
