AIR HANDLER SOUND REDUCTION
SUPPORT AND DOCUMENTS REQUEST A QUOTE
An HVAC system is made of several components that work together to heat or cool an environment. One of these components is the air handler, also known as fan coil unit, the part of the system that regulates and circulates air through ducts. An air handler is located on the inside of a building.
Due to its location, even if it does come with some noise attenuation devices, it can make loud noise that may cause concern, especially in environments that require low noise levels.
Rahn Industries offers a sound attenuation package that will greatly reduce air handler noise. We will insulate the blower compartment with high-density sound attenuating insulation. We can also install internal spring isolation on the motors to further reduce noise and vibration. We use only the highest quality materials and our workmanship is second to none.
