The “Customer Survey Win a $100 Amazon Gift Card” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Rahn Industries (“Sponsor”), located at 2630 Pacific Park Drive, Whittier, CA 90601. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Amazon or Mailchimp.

ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

Must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Must be a legal resident of United States.
Must have a valid Instagram account.
Must comply with all other entry requirements stated in these Official Sweepstakes Rules.
Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

ENTRY PERIOD:
The Sweepstakes begins on 10/2/2023 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on 10/11/2023 at 11:59 PM PST.

HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

1) Submit the customer survey available at rahnindustries.com/customer-survey.
2) Participants may only enter the Sweepstakes once. Multiple entries from the same participant will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or contain inappropriate or offensive content, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be disqualified.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative on or about Tuesday, June 27th. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winners will be announced on Sponsor’s Instagram account (@rahnindustries) and will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within three (3) business days after the drawing. The potential winners must respond to the notification within five (5) business days from the date of notification. If a potential winner fails to respond within the specified time period or fails to comply with these Official Sweepstakes Rules, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

PRIZE:
Each winner will receive a $100 Amazon Gift Card. The total number of winners will be determined by Sponsor.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

By accepting the prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, photograph, voice, and comments for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent, except where prohibited by law.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, delayed, or undelivered entries or notifications, or for any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. Sponsor is also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay, or misdirection of Sweepstakes materials submitted to Sponsor. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold Sponsor harmless from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind
