At Rahn Industries the safety and health of our employees is paramount. We are committed to providing the safest possible work environment to all our employees, and we expect the same from our vendors and suppliers. 

All our employees are thoroughly trained in their duties, and informed of all safety procedures, including our Injury and Illness Prevention Program – IIPP, before starting their work. We strive to create an environment where our employees feel confident to bring any issues and concerns to management’s attention, and our leaders are always ready and committed to the well-being of their junior employees. 

We take our responsibility to provide the appropriate facilities, equipment, tools, and training, seriously. And we expect our employees to follow all training and safety rules with the same amount of responsibility. 

Rahn Industries complies with all OSHA regulations, and any pertinent local, state or federal rules regarding health and safety.

Our Injury and Illness Prevention Program – IIPP was created with the following objectives:

• Create, maintain and reinforce a safe working environment to protect the health and safety of employees, and visitors.
• Demonstrate management commitment and concern for employee safety.
• Provide information to personnel about health and safety hazards.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety codes.
• Improve efficiency by reducing lost work time due to illness and injuries.

Quality is one of our principles, and Rahn Industries is dedicated to only providing our customers with high-quality products and services.

We have developed a Quality Management Program, that follows the principles of Six Sigma, DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and DOE (Design of Experiments).

Rahn Industries monitors quality at every stage of production, which allows us to identify key quality characteristics, and quickly correct and prevent any process inefficiencies and discrepancies. 

We are always looking for opportunities to improve our product’s quality and to make our manufacturing process more efficient. We are ARI Performance and ISO 9001:2015 certified.
