Condenser coils are a crucial part of any refrigerant system. Its main roles are to dissipate heat from the refrigerant and facilitate its transformation back into a liquid state. As air flows over the coil, heat is extracted, while a dedicated sub-cooling section ensures the refrigerant transitions from gas to liquid efficiently.
Condenser Coils Replacement
With years of experience in design and manufacturing, we specialize in condensers, typically using 5mm or 3/8” tubing.
When having your condenser coil replaced, you will need all the remaining refrigerant to be removed from the system. It will also need to be disposed of properly, along with your oil coil. Finally, you should have new refrigerant added to your AC unit and test the system. Our condensers serve many applications across various industries, including gas compression, HVAC, military, transit cooling, refrigerated display cases, data center cooling, and ground support.

Rahn Industries Condenser Coils are made of copper tubes that are filled with refrigerant liquid and aluminum fins. They are available in single or multiple circuits, and diverse shapes including L-Shaped, U-shaped, or round. Separate integrated sub-cooling circuits can be designed into the coil. Any part of the coil’s design can be modified to the client’s specifications.

- Aluminum Fins
- Standard fin thicknesses available: .006, .0075, .010 +/- 5%. Custom thickness available.
- UNS 12200 seamless copper tubes and headers
- Gas brazing, using fillet rod material of minimum 5% silver shall be used for all not-ferrous tube joints to headers and connections
- 16-gauge Galvanized steel coil casing and endplate
